Self Hypnosis book - for the life you want

Dr. Henderson is the author of six other books, including the best selling You Can Do It With Self Hypnosis (Prentice-Hall, 1983).

H eralded as one of the best books on self-hypnosis ever written. The result of years of research with thousands of volunteers all over the US, everything here has been tested and re-tested many times over. People from all walks of life and all ages have proved that these methods work!

This is a powerful system for personal achievement and self-mastery, laid out in step-by-step detail with easy to follow instructions. This really is a way to achieve the life you want!

The unique methods in this book are from the highly acclaimed training program conducted by the author in cities across the United States. More than 40,000 people attended his popular training seminars.

And nothing has been left out! It's all here, everything you need to put the power of self-hypnosis to work for you.

Here is what a professional therapist from Chicago said about the book:

The author's research discoveries and methods of application have been revolutionary in applications related to personal development, awareness and improvement. When he first reported the results of his research in the 1970s, Dr. Henderson was in the forefront of developments in areas such as cognitive psychology, motivation and personality research.

Once-mysterious and vague concepts like willpower, success (and failure) motivation, and self-control are explained by Dr. Henderson's Neocortical Dominance Theory. (You will not see terminology like this in the book because it is written for the average person.)

One of the things that makes Dr. Henderson's work stand out from all the rest is his emphasis on alignment of subconscious needs with conscious desires. This gives the method immense power because it removes subconscious resistance (which is the most common cause of failure to reach goals).

A technical understanding of the theory is not necessary. Because innovative techniques are presented that deepen the hypnotic state and improve results with self-hypnosis. There are also ways to measure the depth of self-hypnotic trance which adds to its effectiveness.

A chapter on subliminal communication gives fascinating ways to improve persuasion and to influence others.

In addition, here are a few of the many additional areas covered in this book:

  • Develop and deepen a self-hypnotic trance, even for those who are not good hypnotic subjects.

  • Control stress and anxiety through suggestion and deep relaxation.

  • Formulate suggestions the subconscious can't refuse and apply them in novel and amazingly effective ways.

  • Interrogate the subconscious mind to uncover hidden blocks to success and remove them.
